Right now, there is no way to automate tests on Speedtest.net. Each test must be manually started from the front page map.

However, once you have taken multiple tests you can export your data from your results page by hitting the Export Results button between the graph and the table of results. This will output your test results as a CSV, which you can bring into Excel or a similar program for automated analysis.
